Right click on the RYL Icon and click either of the 2 options. I would reccomend Properties. Follow as shown below:

When inside properties, click the compatibility tab. You will see 2 check boxes, FIRST check the first box and make sure it is set to Windows XP/SP2. SECOND check the "Run as administrator" box. Follow as shown below:

Click Apply and run the game. Happy killing people.
For users who do not like the permission popups
To turn these pop ups off FIRST go to control panel then click on User Accounts. Once you have click user accounts Click Turn on or off User Account Control As shown below:

When inside there should be one checkbox, uncheck this to turn off popups. a restart will be required. Follow as below:

The blue screen error is fixed by changing the hosts file. The gamguard files you might currently have are not working with Win Vista and are blue screening.
