Below some changes:-
Removed Lv.3 & 4 NPC, shop will be open at Tesitio or Unite (avoid lag at map3)
Removed TP from/to Edin (Promote team battle, rune, sorc, enc will be selling like hotcakes)
Weapon bug fixed (188 str, 198 str 208 str weapon fixed)
Nprotect fixed
Any more bug yet reported we are doing the fixing thru lan testing.

another proof ur just ripping off other ppls files
lvl 3-4 npcs dont exist in normal game
tp from/to edin dont as well, u ripped off a file that contains em and changed it back to normal ? roflwut, why dont u grab the normal game and start from there? and actually do stuff by ureselves
weapon bug fixed? lol more like "we actually added the weapons at server side" if thats even what u mean

Ring and Necklace will be distributed based on merits and events only. Pearl can be farm, for upgrade. Players are all by invitation only, to avoid rascist, flammer, spammer, and kids that nvr will grow up, and those who act as if he know everything but can't really make a game svr work tho he did contribute some effort to make the last RYLU patch and act as if he's a hound who enjoy barking at others for stealing and ripping not sharing in his own world of Ripley believe it or not.

Don't worry Oriente still be there, because the owner is vry busy these days, he managed to chat wiv me while he's in Italy on business trip. He will be off for another 10-15 days in Spain. The Orient server with his brother, it is still there. Ruben gt a 2 gb bandwidth, and a permanent ip. While he's away, we managed the fixed the weapon bugs etc, this will improve the game play experience. I still hold Orient GM position nothing has change. When he's free back to Venezuela, I will ask him to open up the svr and appoint some Venezuala GM to take the South America server.
Well, our server, we are still in evaluation stage to identify any game bug which need to be solved. This server will be clean as all the players are invited players or real life friends connected to us.

Guys! happy to hear some1 actually care wat im doing atm. Hope no more flamer, rascist, spammer to destroy my work here.
We will open our host for testing in another 2-3 hrs the patch will be send to those dedicated frens who supported me and my team during our development phase.
Major weapon bug is fixed, the rest are pure fun. Will check on the optimal lag level, and game bug. Self host nprotect fixed. The next thing on my mind is to increase the bandwidth. We will see what we can do to set up a permanent affordable virtual world for dedicated RYL players. Let me stress 1 more time, this svr will be permanent at all cost, i will protect it against flammer, spammer, rascist, and abusive children.

That permanent svr will only for closed fren not for public, else spammer, flammer, rascist, child who nvr will grow up will play there.
