Request: RYL2 Server with no upgrading

So i had this idea...
reason why some players hate ryl2 is the upgrading.So why dont make server with upgrading option removed?Only way to get A items would be boss hunting.Black market only have C and low% to get B.
Thatway we have good ryl2 gameplay and no super 4k4k4k4k items.
Could anyone make server like this?

how boring, ryl2 amelos is nice u can still upgrade but theres no TOB so u cant get 4k4k4k4k4k watever u said, and u can still kill boss's with sc (with a party), with A items u got no hope

I sugguested this and we were about to do it on Fire and Ice.... sadly it shut down but I am seeing if the admins are working on bringing it back up as they said they were before a few weeks ago.
