MorbidA is one of the early pioneer to develop Private RYL game. I'm sure he has some points there to make the xp & drop rate low. Ideally it shud be, which make newbie enjoy who work their way up to enjoy couple of hours of fun before Asian or RYLU spartans go in and create a mess. But his main problem come when all the pro Asian and RYLU become high level, those donator will scream like hell. RYL factory human can have a sash, the problem is choiji-plox has tested it & post in Utube that u can stack some weapon into sash slot. It should be a nice game, to keep the European RYL community alive and steady. For Asian they prefer something fast rather than slow, that's why we can also create a svr wiv 100 players, 50 human 50 akkan which has high xp and drop rate, including special ++ accessories. U wun have any fun, if u spend too much time to search for top item, and constantly been bullied by high level. It will take ages for u to reach that level to compete fairly. I think this is a bad concept but is OK as long as his community enjoy that.
