You should organize a petition rally, for all the ppl who support and wanted RYLU to be back sign it. Then combine with other rally leader see how many supporters and ppl has sign it.

I am willing to donate to RYLU to help but maybe $$ isn't the problem. We can restart but hackers will take it downa again? Technical issue has to be resolved before starting it again?
