hi all,

firstly, why the server is down?
is it because the gm do not want to host anymore?

i can offer my dedicated server to host the game, which is hosted at SoftLayer Technologies, Inc.

i will let the gm to go in and open up the server and it will be gurantee to run 24/7

server specs is not a problem as i can upgrade it if u think it is not enough

If you look at the history of this server i would say that's a 100% impossibility.

I think firstly you need to check the announcement site.

You are like putting a mouse trap, which i don't think will yield any positive result.

Once DH made up his decision to stop hosting the server, it is highly unlikely he will retract his decision.

One of those boring nights and I came across this post.

Firstly, Sango, if you were to read a few of the posts in the forums before asking "why" the server is shut down, you would know.
Secondly, the offer of a free server to use is generous, but I doubt anyone would jump right in and take it for the simple fact that nobody knows you. A private server would have to be locked down from everyone else except for the owners/operators of the server. Without already knowing who and who doesn't have access to change anything on your server would be getting setup for a disaster. Can we say randomly created GM items?

Nox and BotGod started RYLU with the best of intentions. Shortly afterwards DragonHawk took it over, mainly because attention couldn't be met by the former owners from my understanding. DH has put roughly a year of his time and effort to make this server something great, and he succeeded. Unfortunately, there were those that had things against the success of Underground and did as much as they could to shut it down. It's a struggle that won't end and DH has seen that. Not much could really be helped though. The game itself is poorly protected, and without the source code the game is a disaster to edit.

Let the man take some time off to himself. If he decides to return to open the server, I'm sure he'll plan it out and put forth time to make it as protected as he can, and believe me, it'll be announced when and IF it even does return.
Either way, Underground is DragonHawks to deal with and if he wants it open, he'll find a way to put it back up.

Anyways, back to the point. Offer is generous Sango, but I'm about 99% sure Underground will not be up and running anytime soon.
