u dont need any translator rly
i was checking and its rly easy to download and register
u go main page -> download -> register; and u can do a game acc, in the download page before the register, you can see 4 client downloads and a different mirror to some hosting company which u need the id/pw they provide, then the last file is the login.dat
easy, tho i have no idea if its safe or good, didnt actually try

btw is the game itself in english ? or is it chinese ? its a hong kong based server so there might be a little lag for N.A. players..

For M'sian if u interested to play lag free RYL2, go to RoYaL Online - Powered By GameLife Entertainment this is a much more established Billingual Server (Chinese & English)

The lvl is 125, so far many Msian playing it.
