How can i make a patch?
Ok i might be making a new server but i just dont know anything about making a patch.
I need to know how people make the patch for ryl2 or ryl1 id prefer ryl2 but ill take 1 if thats all i can get.
People make these 25mb installers and when done they have there own graphics, splash screens, music and connection to there server in the selection part. Now ive already got someone working on the server, everything in that area is covered, i just need a way to conenct to it with this patch but i have ABSOLUTLY no idea how to make one. Im not sure if what im saying is even how you do it.
But if someone can please run me through the process of making a patch that updates the server selection and all the shit then please let me know.
I know i sound noobie but i very new to this and after ages of searching and getting no results, i just want someone to be able to tell me straight out.
If im wrong in the process of how to make a private server please tell me how to the right way. Im presuming after you have the server setup and your patch directed to ur server then it can work, then the website stuff but thats later...

Oh, and dont tell me to look at ragezone, i went through the entire archive of
the risk your life section and found nothing to help me...
