Is 165con rest dex okay?? for cleric?

No! 165con is too much for cleric. Your cd will be slow and cleric lives on his fast cd, both in solo and in party!
So, go min wis, Con is depends on your armor- You have to find 140-150 good armor and build ur con to match your armor.
And rest dex.
That's it.

Aratrok told you a lvl 95 build...that's all
and, if u go 145 con, u have to find the best 145con armor, and its hard.
If you find 140 con armor and stay on 145con build, its a waste.
If you find good 150 con armor and stay on 145con, its a big waste too..
So, do like i said.

4 int /5 dex is 1 exdef
