1.) No ToBs/Ants
2.) Decent XP/Drop rate
3.) Decent playerbase
4.) Either quests left alone on fame or enough to get all your skill points on "Defending the Nation", both of them.

Outside of that the *posible* things I would like but arin't needed to see are

1.) Life off Guard-Arms
2.) Potion shop (Large or Medium are fine)
3.) lvl 3 books in shops

Sadly since Fire and Ice went down I haven't found any server worth 2 shz, I am sorry but it isn't any fun playing a my life off with base wis, 160 dex, rest into str with 70 int just stunlocking people with a 4k~4k hammer on all of these servers with Ants and ToBs.
