how to register and download RYL online?

i go to www.ryl.net and i dont see any icon with register or download. then i go to forum and click register but it takes me to the home page. why? i really want to play ryl!

1. Try out this site: http://www.ryl.com.my/ Supposed to be the oficial site. If you try to register from the forums page, you will register for the forums and not for the game
