How come I can't play (PC)RYL anymore?

I bought the game 3~4 years ago. And I found the game today and installed it. and I started the game,but It says "Failed to connect to login server". I gave $20 for the game and I think they deleted the game.If so, can't I get the money back from the company ?

1. Do you mean Risk Your Life? The online game? Most online games don't give you money back for playing since in most terms of agreement, it says the service can be terminated at anytime.
