What is the best free MMORPG that is like WoW?

What i mean by that is, what MMORPG gives you a big choice on races and classes. I'm tired of having to pick Warrior, Mage, and Ranger. I want to play a game like WoW, but not pay the monthly fee. Also i need to know what you think about Guild Wars. Is it better than WoW.
