well a graphics card is always a main upgrade to do. and more more memory is always main upgrade to do. max them out for your system. what is your processor? you need to be careful with older systems that you can run the new technology. power supply will be main thing for the graphics card.
Depends on what your current GFX card and memory level is... It also depends on what game you are planning to play... It again depends on what you mean by faster, Speed or Performance? If you mean speed then RAM, a new GFX doesnt help with speed.
