Could you risk your life to save the life of someone unknown to you?

Most people would agree they would be willing to risk losing thier lives for a close friend or loved one. This question explores the other end of the topic.

2. If I had accomplished most of my life goals and had what I consider a great life, then yes.
3. u could sacrifice ur life because u die knowing u saved someone one else but then the sad part is losing all those people who love u

Absoloutly what kind of human being with a heart that pumps blood would not put their life on the line to try to save someone else's everyone has a purpose in life and if you there at the time and that place it is your responsibilty as a person to do so. Well.... Thats what I believe anyway The Value Of EVERY life is Equal even if what the person has done with thier life is not.
5. quite frankly, no. it's rather that i give up my life to someone worth risking to, like, yes someone dear to me

7. as a person that has risked ones life for a stranger and has had thier life saved by a stranger as well. I would, full hartedly save a total stanger
8. If I did, it would be just something automatic that I would not even take much time to think about. Yes, I have done it before and would possibly do it again someday.
9. Could I? Yes. This is a risk, you didn't ask if I would GIVE my life. I would risk my life to save another human, or maybe even an animal, depending on my quick assessment of the amount of risk involved.
